Unit Lifestyle

Our apartments include spacious floor plans with fully equipped kitchens, full size washer and dyers, elevated ceilings, expansive windows, energy efficient heating and cooling, and more!  Our townhomes offer attached garages. Cottages have private backyards with pet doors.

Leasing and Application Process

You can select from the available floor plans and click the flag icon next to the “Lease Now” button to see if a special applies.

You will need to provide personal information, a valid photo ID, and proof of income.

Have a photo ID along with recent pay stubs, six months of bank statements, or tax forms available. Income verification showing at least 2.5 times the monthly rent is required.

Anyone 18 or older must complete an application and pass a background check. Anyone under 18 needs to be listed as an additional occupant on the application. Cosigners must be added as guarantors under the Additional Occupants section of the application.

A move-in must occur within two weeks of the application date or when the unit is ready, whichever comes first.


Approval typically takes 24 to 48 hours after screening and income verification.


Pet and Pet Policy

Our community allows up to two (2) pets per apartment. Pets must meet be at least six (6) months of age, and are subject to breed restrictions in accordance with our community guidelines. A pet deposit of $400.00 per pet is required, along with a monthly rent of $50 per pet. All pets must be approved and registered with management prior to move-in or prior to bringing the pet onto the property. There is a dog washing facility on the property for our residents.  Additionally, our cottages and townhomes are equipped with pet doors to the private yard.

Utilities

All utilities are billed separately through a third-party provider. The cost varies based on the floor plan and the number of occupants.
